Fundraiser earnings are tracked throughout the fundraiser. After the fundraiser closes and eligible orders are processed, the fundraiser proceeds are prepared for payout to the approved organization or recipient.

Each fundraiser application is reviewed for accuracy, legitimacy, and compliance with our fundraiser policies. Review times may vary depending on the information provided and whether additional verification is needed.

Fundraiser applications may be submitted by eligible organizations, schools, teams, clubs, community groups, businesses, and individuals supporting an eligible group, project, event, or cause. All fundraisers are subject to review and approval.

Fundraiser duration may vary depending on the fundraiser. Your approved fundraiser information will include the applicable start and end dates.

Customer orders are processed and shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout. Fundraiser organizers do not need to collect, package, or distribute individual customer orders.

Customers should contact our support team for assistance with eligible order, shipping, or product concerns. We will review the issue and provide support according to our applicable store policies.

Our standard fundraiser eligibility requirements allow one active fundraiser at a time for the same organization, group, team, or approved fundraiser recipient unless otherwise approved.

Once your fundraiser is approved and launched, you can share your unique fundraiser link and QR code with your community through social media, email, text messages, flyers, and other appropriate promotional channels.
